Founded in 2009, the company is a high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights, with two production bases in Shandong and Shanghai. Among them, the Shandong factory covers an area of 177 mu, the former end bar mainly, with aluminum alloy melting furnace, tilting heat preservation furnace, homogenization furnace, online degassing device and other high-end equipment, in 2017, once again invested in the establishment of recycled aluminum rod melting and casting workshop, production of recycled aluminum rod, the current daily capacity of 500 tons. Shanghai factory covers an area of about 60,000 square meters, mainly for advanced aluminum profile precision processing, with 630T, 800T, 1350T, 2000T,
2500T, 4000T specifications of aluminum extrusion machine a total of 12, can produce all kinds of profiles, large section profiles; Stamping hydraulic equipment 50 sets, CNC machining center 210 sets. With oxidation, powder, electrophoresis, fluorocarbon painting production line, can be used for all kinds of surface treatment. In addition, there are 30 self-developed automatic polishing machines, as well as three coordinate meters for quality control testing.

A:7-15 days(up to the different size) to build new molds.Mass production usually take around 20 days from one order which can be from 1 ton to 300 tons.And we can process urgently if needed.

Q4:What is the payment terms?
A:30% deposit by TT and balance settled before shipping or against BL copy.And LC is also acceptable.
